Control Risks seeks a Director to drive revenue growth for the Discovery + Data Insights (D+DI) practice across eDiscovery, compliance, investigations, and data analytics. Build pipeline, lead top-of-funnel efforts, support campaigns, and convert activity into qualified opportunities—collaborating with leadership, marketing, and client teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, business development, marketing, or related experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or professional services.
• Demonstrated understanding of the eDiscovery buying ecosystem including law firms and in-house teams.
• Experience developing pipeline through targeted outreach, campaigns, events, social media, and relationship-based business development.
• Experience selling or supporting sales of managed services, recurring client programs, and transactional matters.
• Strong commercial judgment including pricing, scoping, and deal strategy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the eDiscovery market and related services.
• Create top-of-funnel opportunities by mapping buyers and prioritizing prospects.
• Support campaigns, events, webinars, and social media to generate qualified opportunities.
• Partner with marketing and leadership to create bespoke collateral and client messaging.
• Manage prospect activity and report on pipeline development using CRM and analytics.
• Test new channels, AI-enabled offerings, and innovative market approaches.
