Job summary

HirexHire, Inc. seeks a Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations for a fast-growing SaaS client in Ohio. The role owns the end-to-end demand generation strategy, inbound programs, and marketing automation to drive qualified leads and revenue.

You will lead HubSpot operations, manage paid campaigns across search and LinkedIn, and partner with Sales to optimize funnel performance and attribution. Hybrid work arrangement preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, marketing operations, or related function.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience including forms, workflows, reporting, attribution, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound demand generation strategy and execution to increase qualified form fills and marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Manage HubSpot forms, workflows, attribution reporting, and marketing automation needs.
• Oversee paid acquisition programs across paid search and LinkedIn, with budget allocation and performance targets.
• Build marketing-sourced revenue attribution in partnership with Sales.
• Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion from inbound form fills to revenue.
