Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide business development and growth strategies.
• Identify new clients, markets, partnerships, and project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Lead opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, and go/no-go decisions.
• Partner with operations and estimating to align opportunities with capabilities.
• Manage and improve CRM, pipeline forecasting, and BD reporting.
