Job summary

ClifyX Inc in the US Central region is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth, expand footprint, and lead demand generation for target BFSI clients, including acquiring new logos.

You will collaborate with market development, solutions teams, and industry SMEs to shape opportunities, build CXO relationships, and deliver results through a portfolio of services and solutions.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of selling experience focusing on Insurance.
• Experience in leading IT services/consulting with global teams.
• Direct industry experience in Insurance companies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactive demand generation through consultative selling for assigned logos.
• Grow and expand BFSI presence in the US Central region.
• Shape new business opportunities and large deals for BFSI vertical in US Central.
• Establish cross functional CXO relationships and generate momentum in identified accounts.
• Provide thought leadership to deal pursuit and client interactions.
• Achieve growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos, expand footprint within existing clients.
• Leverage portfolio of services and solutions to drive client outcomes.
