• Experience leading an ambulatory surgery center or comparable healthcare organization with full accountability for financial performance, physician partnerships, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability and deliver sustainable financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase case volume and improve throughput.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
• Leverage dashboards and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Compass leadership to execute strategic initiatives for growth.
