GEODIS is seeking a Director of Business Development in Brentwood, TN to drive sales for warehousing, logistics and brokerage services. You will generate new business, grow existing profitable accounts, and coordinate pricing with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in 3PL sales with 5+ years in contract logistics or warehousing. Expect up to 50% travel and active collaboration across departments to optimize customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business/Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years as a 3PL sales executive or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Contract Logistics or Warehouse industry.
• Proven sales performance in the applicable market.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand current profitable customers.
• Plan and execute warehousing and domestic transport sales/marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare pricing and solutions.
• Interface Sales/Marketing with Operations/Customer Service/PM for efficient workflow.
• Travel up to 50% to meet clients.
• Support with marketing and competitive intelligence as part of the team.
