Qualifications

• FINRA licenses (7/24/66) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable plans for organic revenue growth and product diversification.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recruit new advisory talent.
• Retain advisor relationships and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Provide strategic advice on business growth, industry changes, and OSJ oversight.
• Oversee OSJ Designees and ensure supervisory review across regions.
• Drive branch effectiveness and advisor retention through leadership and training.
