Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute plans for organic revenue growth, advisor engagement, and product diversification.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recruit new advisor relationships.
• Retain advisor relationships and support branch growth through coaching and training sessions.
• Oversee OSJ Designees and ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and supervision.
• Collaborate with OSJ Designees and advisors to implement new policies and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor branch performance, retention, and service standards; contribute to budgeting and planning.
