Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
• 5-6 years of leadership experience.
• Licenses required: Series 7, 63, 65/66, Texas life and health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the wealth management program.
• Recruit and develop Financial Advisors.
• Monitor key performance metrics and ensure program profitability.
