You will translate complex data into actionable stories for cross-functional teams, driving value and supporting local communities through innovative analytics-enabled experiences. You will lead lean, full-stack teams, manage backlogs, and collaborate with leadership to shape strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications
- Data-driven decision making and translating data insights into outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, design, engineering, and marketing.
- Experience with agile scrums, backlog management, and iteration based on data.
Responsibilities
- Lead lean full-stack product teams (product, design, engineering, QA) to deliver Growth & Data products.
- Own and refine product backlog; create epics and user stories aligned with strategy.
- Plan roadmaps with leadership; facilitate agile ceremonies; remove obstacles to deliver on time and budget.
- Communicate risks and impediments; oversee sprint execution and timelines.
