Job summary

You will align business goals with user needs, translating vision into actionable stories for cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality digital products. You are user-focused, collaborative, and data-driven, with experience in agile environments and the ability to translate complexity into clarity for stakeholders and development teams.
Qualifications
- Experience leading lean full-stack product teams including product, design, engineering, QA.
- Proficient in backlog management, epics, and writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Ability to run agile ceremonies and plan roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to deliver valuable features on time and within budget.
- Lead product discovery with rapid prototypes and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate iterations.
- Translate business needs and user feedback into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and QA during sprint cycles for clear scope and delivery.
- Communicate priorities, expectations, and progress to stakeholders; champion the customer voice.
