Melotech is seeking a Growth Associate (Intern) in Oregon to join a fast-growing media tech team. You’ll help turn organic reach into a scalable engine by identifying creators, launching to communities, spotting trends, and running experiments weekly.

You’ll work directly with founders, the Growth Manager, product and data teams to build repeatable playbooks. You will be evaluated on how you move fast, test ideas, and learn; strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills help you

Qualifications

• Platform fluency with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Hands-on experience growing accounts or supporting startups.
• Creator marketing: enjoy working with creators and identifying native-looking content.
• Creativity with fresh ideas and testing them in a structured way.
• Analytical with numbers; SQL, Python or AI tools are a plus.
• Pace in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Build creator network at scale and brief creators.
• Launch products to communities at the right moment.
• Spot trends early and act within days.
• Run many cheap tests weekly and turn winners into playbooks.
• Identify new channels with cheap attention.
• Combine organic and paid to scale wins.
• Measure views and costs to understand true costs per view.
• Develop trackers, scripts and automations with data and AI tools.
