Location: Flexible, 100% Remote (U.S. or Canada)

Position: Part-Time Growth Consultant

Hours: 80 hrs/month / ~20 weeks (Contractor)

We work with start-ups to enterprise clients across industries like B2B, SaaS, E-Commerce, Fintech, FoodTech, and Wellness.

As a Growth Consultant, you will:

  • Work directly with clients to optimize their digital marketing funnel.
  • Bring expertise in growth marketing (acquisition) or lifecycle marketing (retention/engagement), ideally both.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve key metrics and the full customer journey.
  • Meet weekly with clients as the primary growth lead, especially those new to marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with a team of technologists and operators solving complex challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns.
  • Deploy testing and automation tools.
  • Implement A/B testing across campaigns and landing pages.
  • Design experiments and analyze data to improve user experience.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Create reporting dashboards and present results.
  • Coordinate with affiliate and PPC agencies.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, CRM, or related fields.
  • Experience with tools like Hubspot, Braze, Segment, Iterable, SFMC, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and technical concepts.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and affiliate marketing.
