Job summary

Eneba Games is seeking an experienced Head of Off-page SEO to lead the team responsible for growing organic visibility and brand authority across international markets. You will set strategy, hire and develop a mid-sized team, and drive high-impact campaigns beyond traditional link-building.

You will own budgets, collaborate with Product, Growth, Content and Localization, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize SEO and business results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience hiring, structuring and leading SEO, off-page or digital PR teams.
• Strong people leadership, delegation, performance management and development.
• Hands-on off-page SEO expertise beyond traditional link acquisition.
• Track record of creating linkable assets and leading digital PR campaigns with measurable SEO results.
• Strong strategic thinking to set goals and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Experience managing significant budgets, building business cases with P&L justification.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to lead multi-team initiatives.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating off-page performance and backlink quality.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and strategy for the Off-page SEO team across multiple international markets.
• Hire, structure and grow a mid-sized team from junior to senior levels.
• Lead advanced off-page strategies: digital PR, linkable assets and brand campaigns.
• Define meaningful goals and success metrics with accountable budgets.
• Own significant off-page budgets and manage projects end-to-end with P&L.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Content, Localization to turn data into campaigns.
• Improve ways of working through experimentation, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
