Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Property and Casualty license required upon hire.
• Life and Health license upon hire preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and supports development of Agency Development Sales Specialists, reinforcing expectations and performance standards.
• Supports leadership to prepare Specialists for future agency ownership and success.
• Conducts regular coaching sessions, performance assessments, and development planning feedback.
• Promotes the Farmers value proposition across personal, specialty, life and commercial lines.
• Collaborates with partners to align strategies and improve market execution.
• Coaches on customer engagement strategies, sales development, and business planning for growth.
• Reinforces development expectations including licensing and ongoing training, product and market knowledge.
• Guides strategic business development, leadership behavior, and operational discipline activities.
• Leverages AI-enabled systems and other resources to enhance sales effectiveness and identify lead providers.
• Analyzes lead ROI and conversion to optimize marketing and acquisition strategies.
• Develops and maintains strategic referral partnerships to support pipeline growth.
• Oversees daily/weekly sales activity using technology platforms and reporting resources.
• Uses performance data to monitor results, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of Specialists.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
