Goosehead Insurance is hiring a Campaign Manager for Corporate and Franchise Marketing to drive lead generation, client acquisition, retention, and cross-sell across the corporate sales teams and franchise network.

The role translates marketing strategies into actionable plans, coordinates multi-channel campaigns, and collaborates with Sales, Creative Services, and data teams to deliver scalable programs that maintain Goosehead's brand and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting sales teams, franchise networks, or multiple stakeholders preferred.
• Email marketing experience required; exposure to paid search, paid social, SMS, or direct mail is a plus.
• Background in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage campaign plans supporting Corporate and Franchise marketing priorities, including lead generation and retention.
• Coordinate campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, direct mail, and agent outreach.
• Own campaign coordination from briefing through launch and reporting with Marketing Automation.
• Partner with corporate sales leaders and franchise stakeholders to identify marketing support opportunities.
• Define audience segmentation and targeting requirements; monitor performance and optimize.
