Job summary

The SumUp Paris office seeks a Growth Lead to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale marketing programmes and product launches. You will coordinate across CRM, performance marketing, data, and sales, shaping messaging and go-to-market strategies to drive merchant adoption.

You'll thrive on turning data into action, building attribution models, and monitoring payback. Experience with at least one GTM channel and enthusiasm for AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 yrs experience delivering marketing campaigns or growth programmes.
• Ability to organize and coordinate cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Confident turning data into action with performance monitoring and attribution modelling.
• Hands-on experience with at least one GTM channel (CRM, direct mail, or sales enablement).
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale growth programmes, including campaign planning, project plans, stakeholder coordination and performance tracking.
• Manage product and feature launches from brief to activation, building messaging frameworks and coordinating across marketing channels.
• Analyse campaign and channel performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support the Direct Mail channel for Lending, from campaign execution to commercial reporting.
• Coordinate with GTM teams to align on execution and keep programmes moving.
• Contribute to building AI-enhanced workflows and launch playbooks to scale the team.
