Job summary

Rho is hiring to accelerate its SMB revenue engine. You will respond to warm inbound SMB leads within 5 minutes, reactivate dormant accounts, and close and fund lower-value SMB deals end-to-end, while booking meetings for higher-value opportunities for the closing team.

You will own and improve CRM workflows, sequencing, and outbound tooling, ensuring speed is engineered into our system. This role reports to the VP, Marketing and includes equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Respond to every warm/inbound SMB lead within 5 minutes.
• Automate your own pipeline with routing, alerting, and follow-up tooling.
• Run the weekly Growth/Marketing plays and report results.
• Book meetings for the closing team on higher-value SMB opportunities.
• Close and fund lower-value SMB deals end-to-end.
• Continuously improve CRM workflows, sequencing, and outbound tooling.
