Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Must understand advanced math for analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Understanding Retail policies and procedures for sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment time via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Use marketing tools to reach customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and professionalism.
• Answer questions and own customer issues.
• Keep business information confidential.
• Follow Bank policies and codes of conduct.
