Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for GA work within the assigned audience segment across priority focus markets, shaping market approaches and guiding resource allocation.
• Coach market directors, AVPs, and other field leaders on recruiting, developing, and retaining advisors serving GA, and build leadership capability.
• Work with Partnerships leadership to set direction for community relationship development and open doors through centers of influence and partnerships.
• Serve as a key strategic decision-maker on GA priorities, market tactics, investments, and enterprise alignment.
