Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a Growth Audiences VP to lead strategic market development and execution for Growth Audiences across priority markets. The role partners with field leaders and corporate centers to advance GA priorities through a coordinated, integrated approach.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of senior leadership in financial services, with a proven ability to coach leaders, shape strategy, and influence enterprise partners in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services.
Strong track record coaching senior field leaders and influencing enterprise partners.
Experience building community, partnerships, and centers of influence.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for GA work across priority markets and translate enterprise strategy into scalable market approaches.
Coach market directors and field leaders on recruitment, development, and retention of advisors.
Develop partnerships and community relationships to accelerate growth and market credibility; prioritize resources accordingly.
Drive prudent resource prioritization and enterprise alignment to support growth initiatives.
