Job summary

Snowplow is hiring for a Growth role focused on outbound, AI-assisted sales outreach. You will build pipeline by running automated sequences while adding a personal touch to messaging, and you’ll gain real exposure to how enterprise software is bought and sold.

Reporting to the Growth Director, you’ll work closely with sellers to move opportunities through the funnel, learn the product, and drive meetings and pipeline from day one.

Qualifications

• You are commercially sharp and hungry to learn a technical product.
• You write personalized emails and craft messages that move automated outreach to real meetings.
• You thrive working close to the deal and with sellers across the organization.
• You have curiosity about data and technology and can talk credibly with data engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sequences: launch and manage email campaigns and drive replies toward meetings.
• Add the human layer to automated outreach by researching target companies and writing compelling notes.
• Manage warm follow-up for demo requests, content engagement, and events until they become meetings.
• Coordinate handoffs to Account Executives with necessary context for closing deals.
• Sell to core personas including data, product, marketing and engineering teams with credible knowledge.
• Run experiments on messaging, targeting, and channels to learn what works.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and provide context behind every meeting set.
• Engage senior buyers at events and follow up to convert conversations into booked meetings.
