Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Rockville is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new opportunities to grow our home care presence in Rockville, Maryland, connecting with healthcare providers, senior communities, and families to expand our trusted care options.

You will build relationships with referral sources, coordinate sales and marketing activities, participate in community events, and collaborate with our care team to ensure services align with client needs and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and home care services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform business development strategies
• Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities, including community events and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans and services
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, referral sources, and healthcare providers
