Job summary

Coinflow is hiring for a Growth Marketing lead to transform brand momentum into repeatable, measurable pipeline. You will own outbound activation, run end-to-end growth experiments, and optimize the funnel across multiple channels.

Work with the Head of Marketing, Revenue, and Partnerships to scale what works and discard what doesn't. This builder role focuses on expanding reach into new verticals, tightening attribution, and driving qualified pipeline through ABM, lifecycle, and paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record building campaigns that generate measurable pipeline with test-and-learn mindset.
• Fluency with modern growth stack: analytics, CRM, marketing automation, paid platforms, attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound campaign activation end-to-end with Revenue and SDR teams.
• Design and run growth experiments across paid, email, LinkedIn, events, and lifecycle channels.
• Own pipeline metrics and report on them consistently.
