Job summary

HomeAid North Texas seeks a Director of Development to serve as the growth engine and relationship architect for the affiliate. You will cultivate donors, win grants, secure corporate partnerships, and accelerate in-kind procurement, aligning fundraising with leveraged impact rather than traditional overhead.

Reporting to the Executive Director and collaborating with the Development Committee, you will scale signature campaigns, coach staff, and translate HomeAid’s model into compelling funding

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fundraising, donor relations, or B2B account management.
• Proven track record of shifting events toward sustainable, long-term pipelines.
• Strong Salesforce expertise with pipeline design and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex fundraising models for staff and boards.
• Experience with corporate engagement and major gifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a multi-channel development strategy for grants, donor programs, and partnerships.
• Drive in-kind donations and strategic procurement leveraging HomeAid’s model.
• Lead Builders for Babies donor acquisition and scaled engagement campaigns.
• Coach staff and board members; collaborate with leadership to activate networks.
