Job summary

Playground is seeking a Growth & Demand Gen Lead to own where and when we reach buyers. You’ll test and scale new channels, build a rigorous framework, and directly influence pipeline and revenue through strategic programs.

You’ll collaborate with a Senior Paid Media Specialist and two coordinators, while remaining an individual contributor for the first six months. This role requires strong revenue judgment, experimentation discipline, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Own Outreach Investment Strategy: Decide where to invest time and budget across events, partnerships, and other demand generation programs.
• Build & Test New Channels: Develop a framework for testing unfamiliar acquisition channels.
• Drive Revenue & Pipeline: Build programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Own Events & Field Marketing: Lead conference and speaking calendar and coordinate with Sales.
• Build Lifecycle & Reactivation Programs: Develop lifecycle programs including email and nurture.
• Influence the Marketing Team: Guide priorities for team members without formal management authority.
