Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated business development or technical sales in specialty chemicals or related markets.
• Experience with CASE, coatings, adhesives, sealants or elastomers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional growth strategy for CASE and Thermal Management.
• Identify and develop new customers and product offerings with sustainable, high‑performing solutions.
• Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to progress projects.
