Croda is seeking an Applications Scientist to expand CASE capabilities at the Princeton site in Plainsboro, NJ. You will develop sustainable ingredients, generate technical data, and collaborate with customers, commercial teams, and global R&D to turn insight into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications include a degree in Chemistry/Materials Science/Chemical Engineering and experience with CASE, coatings, adhesives, or related formulations.

Competenze

• Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in CASE market or related formulation technologies.
• Experience designing and executing laboratory studies, analyzing data, and communicating conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer-facing skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and evaluate sustainable specialty ingredients for industrial applications.
• Support expansion of CASE application capabilities at the Princeton site by developing testing methods and lab practices.
• Design, formulate, and evaluate surfactants, polyols, and additives in coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers and related systems to demonstrate product performance.
• Provide technical support to customers via product recommendations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to drive business growth through customer visits, presentations, and trainings.
