Responsibilities

• Run outbound and inbound prospecting across various channels.
• Own discovery calls and drive opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with teams on solution positioning.

Skills

2–5 years in BDR, AE, or hybrid sales roles (B2B tech preferred)

Experience running discovery calls end-to-end

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, disciplined, and execution-focused

Experience with Attio CRM or similar modern CRMs

Startup or early-stage experience
