Job summary

Insight Funders is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive lender and borrower acquisition, form strategic partnerships, and accelerate platform adoption. A strong candidate will be a skilled relationship builder with deep knowledge of private credit, venture debt, and alternative financing.

You will expand our network of lenders and borrowers, optimize deal flow, and contribute to platform revenue growth by developing sales strategies and managing the end-to-end pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, or FINRA licenses) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new lending partners (private credit funds, family offices, RIAs, and institutional lenders).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing lenders.
• Attract and onboard startups and growth-stage businesses in need of flexible financing solutions.
