Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager – AI, Automation & Analytics for a hybrid role in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will own the growth engine, build AI-assisted prospecting workflows, and tie marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue.

You will craft and test campaigns, dashboards, and messaging while partnering with Sales and Product to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable strategies for finance leaders and end users.

Qualifications

• Growth marketer with 3–7 years in B2B SaaS or growth-focused roles.
• Experience linking marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with funnel data, dashboards and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the growth engine across accounts and funnels.
• Define metrics, run experiments, and improve pipeline-to-revenue conversion.
• Create AI-assisted prospecting and lead-generation workflows, data enrichment and scoring.
• Design end-to-end workflows spanning data sources, enrichment, AI analysis, and CRM routing.
• Develop campaigns, landing pages, emails, and nurture programs with automation.
