Job summary

Medidata Solutions, a Dassault Systèmes company, is seeking a Manager of Growth Marketing to own demand generation initiatives in a hybrid NYC-based environment. You will plan multi‑channel campaigns, drive AI-enhanced content, and optimize funnel performance to accelerate pipeline growth.

This role collaborates across product marketing and sales enablement to scale initiatives and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B or B2C growth/content marketing experience, with proven expertise in demand generation, multi‑channel execution, and conversion optimization
• Paid Media & Funnel Mastery: Experience managing multi‑channel B2B campaigns (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) and running end‑to‑end conversion funnel testing
• AI & Content Innovation: Hands‑on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering tools to accelerate content drafting, research, and copy iteration

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital demand generation campaigns across multiple platforms
• Bridge paid media and content strategies to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline
• Lead A/B tests on landing pages, headlines, CTAs, and value proposition messaging
• Partner with Marketing Ops to track funnel analytics, engagement patterns, and attribution models
• Create persona-based nurture sequences and enable sales with campaign assets
