The role emphasizes new business development across domestic and international markets.

The position requires strong knowledge of motors, industry trends, and proven skills in sales leadership and negotiations, with significant travel and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent direct related work experience in electric motors & electronics.
• Deep knowledge of motor products and applications.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, market forces, and customer expectations.
• Knowledge of current technologies and products used in the industry.
• Knowledge of competitor products and go-to-market strategies.
• Market research tools.
• Sales strategies.
• Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Generate sales leads, develop qualified opportunities, and close new OEM business in aggregate/mining.
• Coordinate with Area Managers, Territory Account Managers, and Application Engineers to pursue opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations to support profitable and sustainable growth.
• Align internal technical, commercial, and operational teams to customer needs and growth objectives.
• Identify industry trends and participate in industry associations and events to strengthen relationships.
• Develop portfolio and marketing support with Product Management for mine applications.
• Create reports on purchasing behavior, opportunities, and market trends.
