Job summary

You will develop analytics strategies, define KPIs, and deliver executive-level reporting while promoting data quality and governance across the organization. The role also involves mentoring analysts and collaborating across functions to advance data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Finance background preferred.
• 4+ years in data analytics, BI, reporting, or performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive analytics strategy and performance measurement across the organization.
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, service, and project data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and reporting for leadership teams.
• Establish governance practices and data quality standards to ensure scalable reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead analytical initiatives and mentor analysts.
