Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations.
• 1+ years with SQL and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, optimization).
• Experience with forecasting, LTV/CAC, pricing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, cohorts) using SQL and statistics.
• Build forecasting models for subscriber growth and revenue.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs for acquisition, retention, engagement.
• Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and elasticity assessments.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales; support A/B testing and scenario planning.
• Identify data gaps and work with engineering to improve data collection.
• Present insights to stakeholders in clear, business-focused terms.
• Support ad-hoc regional market analyses and trends in broadband adoption.
