Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required (4-year).
• Minimum two years of quantitative sales and/or business analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Research quantitative information to support merchandising solutions.
• Compile actionable qualitative information for customer solutions.
• Create demographic clustering reports to identify high-potential stores.
• Analyze category trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights.
• Develop category-specific customer presentations with Growth Solutions Manager.
• Create ROI reporting and track product success and sales growth.
• Manage projects with clear timelines, progress, and deliverables.
