Job summary

KeHE Distributors, an employee-owned distributor of natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products, is seeking a Growth Solutions Analyst to support the Merchandising Team by developing customer presentations and driving center store growth through data-driven insights. This role partners with stakeholders to manage projects from concept to delivery, analyzes syndicated data, and creates ROI reports.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in quantitative sales & general business analysis.
• Experience with grocery category management and CPG industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research quantitative information to support merchandising solutions.
• Create demographic clustering reports to identify opportunities.
• Develop ROI reporting and analyze implementation rates and sales growth.
• Present data and business cases clearly to stakeholders.
