You will work Monday through Friday and collaborate with merchandising teams to execute store sets and proposals. The position emphasizes driving growth through data-driven insights, plan-o-grams, and close coordination with the sales organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day sales and merchandising activities.
• Communicate with customer merchandising teams and store personnel.
• Support sales strategy with the sales team and develop strong store relationships.
• Analyze product movement and provide recommendations to increase sales.
• Manage store proposals and new item introductions to maximize exposure and revenue.
• Coordinate plan-o-grams and merchandising techniques to drive traffic.
