The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a data-driven Analytics professional to join Aspen Dental's growth analytics team. You will analyze paid media, CRM marketing, organic demand, and funnel performance to translate data into actionable insights that guide marketing, operations, and strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in analytics, strong Excel/SQL (BigQuery) and Tableau skills, and healthcare-adjacent experience. Bachelor's degree required; master's a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, customer analytics, or business analytics.
• Experience with recurring performance reporting across multi-channel marketing.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience with test design and measurement.
• Familiarity with attribution, forecasting, and media mix concepts.

Responsabilités

• Identify drivers of traffic, leads, appointments, and conversion across the funnel.
• Evaluate incrementality and distinguish baseline from marketing impact.
• Synthesize data into a cohesive performance view across channels.
• Collaborate with channel owners to scale or optimize tactics.
• Build frameworks to understand ROAS and allocation across channels.
• Support forecasting across traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Present clear performance narratives to cross-functional teams.
