Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a results-driven Growth Analyst to own a pipeline of initiatives across property listings, hotels, and marketing campaigns. You will move projects from analysis through implementation and measurement, coordinating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

You will audit OTAs like Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com, optimize listings, monitor performance, and implement improvements. You will also build automated reporting using Claude and ChatGPT to boost accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in growth, data analysis, or related field.
• Experience with OTA platforms and listing optimization is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage growth initiatives across listings, hotels, and marketing campaigns.
• Audit and optimize listings across OTAs and direct channels.
• Improve listing performance by updating content elements like titles and photos.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement actions.
• Analyze revenue, visibility, and guest engagement metrics.
• Develop, launch, and measure marketing campaigns with data-driven evaluation.
• Build and maintain automated reporting using Claude and ChatGPT.
• Refine automations, dashboards, and reporting for faster decisions.
• Maintain KPIs, trend analyses, dashboards, and weekly reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Listings, and Operations.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document workflows and SOPs to improve consistency.
• Take ownership of additional projects as needs evolve.
