GSK is seeking a senior AI Product Manager to lead growth-focused AI initiatives for US Commercial and Digital Experience. You will shape the strategy, oversee model-to-production, and collaborate with data science and engineering to deliver measurable brand impact.

This hybrid role based in the United States offers opportunities to drive prescribing and patient outcomes using generative AI, with strong governance and regulatory alignment across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, quantitative, or life-sciences.
• 10+ years in product management with at least 2 years shipping AI/ML-powered features into production.
• Experience with LLM-based tooling — prompt/agent design, RAG architectures, or fine-tuning.
• Experience in commercial growth mechanics: brand planning cycles, customer funnel metrics, market share.
• Experience defining success metrics for AI initiatives in commercial terms and governance.

Responsabilités

• Own the AI-driven growth capabilities roadmap across the HCP and patient funnel.
• Define the multi-year roadmap for applied AI across US Commercial and Digital experience.
• Build autonomous AI agents for growth programs in real time within approved language.
• Lead AI-driven personalization and dynamic content generation tied to prescribing care.
• Move growth models from prototype to governed production services meeting compliance.
• Establish guardrails for model risk, privacy, bias, and regulatory alignment.
• Decide build-vs-buy-vs-partner for AI capabilities aligned to the tech stack.
• Run pilots with compliance sign-off to prove value before rollout.
• Translate AI capabilities for executives and stakeholders and report ROI.
