Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data science, public health, life sciences, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in life sciences, hub services, telehealth, digital health, or related healthcare environments.
• 3+ years developing or supporting digital solutions for patient services teams or providers.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience leading product roadmaps, business cases, and technology investments.
• Experience driving technology implementation projects through delivery and deployment in regulated settings.
• Experience translating business needs into digital or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Turn pain points in patient journeys into clear, specific problem statements with cross-functional teams.
• Identify where AI and digital products can deliver value across CRM, portals, apps, enrollment, and engagement.
• Build business cases with benefits, costs, and success measures; own product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead delivery end to end with engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and vendors using Agile/Scrum.
• Secure data foundations (PHI, data quality, lineage, master data) and API integrations.
• Set quality bar for products and AI; monitor production performance and handle drift.
• Ensure responsible AI, privacy, governance, and compliance aligned to HIPAA, GDPR and standards.
