Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior AI-focused Product Manager to own the growth capability roadmap across US Commercial and Digital Experience. You will lead generative and predictive AI initiatives within a heavily regulated pharma environment, partnering with engineering, data science, and brand teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will define a multi-year AI strategy, build growth agents, and ensure governance and compliance while driving Rx lift and market share through responsible AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Quantitative/Life sciences; 10+ years in product management.
• At least 2 years shipping AI/ML-powered or generative-AI features into production.
• Experience with brand metrics, commercial growth mechanics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-driven growth roadmap across HCP and patient funnel, reporting brand impact.
• Define multi-year AI roadmap for US Commercial and Digital experience.
• Build autonomous agents for real-time optimization within regulatory limits.
• Lead personalization and rapid content generation linked to MLR approvals.
• Move growth models from prototype to production with governance and compliance.
• Establish guardrails for risk, privacy, bias, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Decide build-vs-buy-vs-partner for AI capabilities with data-science input.
• Run pilots with Compliance sign-off, measure ROI and brand impact.
• Collaborate with Brand, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Data Science.
