• Track record of driving results and holding teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Connect with KW Agents and Leadership to analyze business needs and coaching alignment.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
• Nurture leads with consistent follow-up and value-driven communication through the funnel.
• Attend on-site events and trainings to qualify opportunities and secure coaching contracts.
• Close deals by presenting tailored coaching recommendations and obtaining signed agreements.
