Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work directly with children with autism in their homes, schools, and communities. You will implement behavior strategies, collect data, and follow individualized plans under the guidance of a BCBA who mentors you from day one.

We offer full-time or part-time schedules, with flexible mornings, afternoons, and evenings to fit client needs. Alpaca Health supports career growth, including a path toward BCBA certification and potential training reimbursement

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Able to work with children with autism.
• Willingness to learn and follow BCBA guidance.
• Able to travel to client homes/schools in your region.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data as directed by a BCBA.
• Follow personalized plans and support clients to build consistent routines.
