Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand agricultural inputs sales with growers in Milton, NY. You will manage customer relationships, ensure on-time delivery, and drive growth of proprietary products while advising on agricultural solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in agriculture or a degree, with strong MS Word/Excel skills and sales experience; compensation aligns with market ranges and eligibility for company benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; 5+ years agriculture experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years experience in agriculture industry and application of agricultural chemicals.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase agricultural inputs sales and meet sales goals.
• Assure customer satisfaction of products including on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe appropriate actions.
• Perform initial credit review to understand credit risk and assist Credit Manager with credit limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
