Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry is seeking a Maintenance Program Lead to oversee the preventative maintenance process for grower operations. You will implement tracking systems, travel to grower sites, and coach growers on best practices with data-driven support.

The role requires coordinating across HR, technicians, and management while ensuring compliance and driving process improvements in farm operations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing maintenance tracking systems.
• Strong communication with growers and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and present insights.
• Willingness to travel to grower sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation and implementation of the preventative maintenance tracking system for all grower operations.
• Travels to all grower sites to ensure company support of grower equipment preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Coaches growers on the importance of preventative maintenance and provides data driven statistics to validate the information provided to the growers.
• Manages the communication of elective maintenance initiatives throughout all grower operations and audits compliance.
• Recommend and facilitate process improvement processes to align with strategic planning for farm operations, when requested.
• Liaise with grower partners to aid in preventative maintenance system installation and sustainment, when requested.
• Attend any recommended seminars, meetings, vendor training, and company initiatives.
• Effectively communicate with HR, Live Technicians, Live Management Team, Preventative Maintenance Group and growers if conflict or dilemmas arise.
