Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry is recruiting for a role coordinating and overseeing broiler production operations. Qualifications

• Poultry production experience with leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of animal welfare, biosecurity and food safety regulations.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured.
• Excellent English communication, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day broiler production operations and liaise with contract growers.
• Visit farms regularly to monitor flock health, welfare, and environmental conditions.
• Assist with health, welfare, and biosecurity program implementation and monitoring.
• Assist with flock placements, catching, and other live production activities.
• Maintain communication with growers, contractors and management on production performance and issues.
• Support training of growers and team members to achieve production goals.
