Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry is seeking a maintenance technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment. You will maintain assigned equipment and share knowledge with peers as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring production areas, using hand and power tools for diagnosis and repair, reviewing work orders, and assisting with the installation or modification of equipment. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months industrial maintenance experience.
Comfort with using hand and power tools of all varieties.
Ability to read a tape measure and industrial blueprints.
Basic knowledge of electrical components and safety.
Mathematical basics including percentages and arithmetic.
Proficient PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Monitor production areas to ensure proper functioning of equipment and intervene for repairs.
Use hand and power tools to diagnose, adjust, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Review work orders and document work performed.
Assist with installation or modification of equipment.
Provide training to peers as requested by lead or supervisor.
Identify improvements to reduce downtime, enhance quality and yield.
