Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry seeks a 28 Degree Room Floating Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations on assigned shifts, ensuring equipment runs correctly, products meet specifications, quality standards are maintained, and safety policies are followed.

The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, supervisory exposure, and strong problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills. A focus on food safety and GMPs is essential, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in a maintenance field with supervisory duties.
• Familiarity with manufacturing maintenance requirements and safety rules.
• Ability to analyze and solve mechanical problems; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs is required.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing; ability to motivate team.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate direct reports to meet targets.
• Monitor equipment and machinery in production areas for proper function.
• Suggest corrective actions when downtime is caused by defects.
• Plan and direct maintenance workload and document work performed.
• Enforce safety policies and participate in Hazmat/emergency procedures.
